I recently heard about them and from watching the YouTube videos of demonstrations, I was interested to give it a try. The massage stick is long enough to cover most parts of the body. This roller is perfect I don't have to completely grip the handles in order to roll this across my neck or my legs. It feels very good to hold and it seems to be very high quality.
