Made with Pure, HIGH QUALITY Copper. This is an absolutely beautiful mug. Makes a great addition to any bar. Traditional Copper Mug for serving iced cocktails such as the Moscow Mule. These are great mugs that once you use one you'll be addicted to them. I was happy when I found out that I was going to be able to add this very one to my growing collection of Moscow Mule Mugs. As far as I'm concerned, you can never have too many in any house, or for any home bar!The handle is comfortable and the mug keeps cold drinks, cold for a VERY long time. I use this and soapstone whiskey stones in combination in my drinks, to keep from watering them down. This mug can be used for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The mug, surely, does not cause any drink to taste bad either, which is a really good advantage for this product and its company. This isn't copper plated. It is true 100% copper. The construction of it is well crafted. The body of the mug is nice and shiny.
