Unlike your typical chinese brand which advertise much higher lumens, this is comparable to the TK45's 312 lumen on high and 95 lumen on low when using the included 14500 battery. The charger will blink alternating red/green while charging, and solid green for fully charged. You must remove the battery out of the charger when fully charged or it'll likely drain your battery.
