Clove essential oil has proven to be remarkably versatile and has been thoroughly researched as an effective alternative for aromatherapy and other herbal combinations. As usual the clove LEAF oil arrived in a great strong little box in a thick amber glass bottle with a lid for storage and a glass eye-dropper for usage. The oil of clove is known for its antimicrobial, antifungal, antiseptic, antiviral, aphrodisiac, and stimulant properties. The oil bottle I received leaked in the box - and since it's not as pleasant of a smell as clove bud, I'm not-too-excited overall.
