DVD - DanceCrazy Stretching Strap & Exerciese DVD

This is a DVD that covers that basics of using a stetching strap. I have been using this stretching DVD for about 2 weeks now and have noticed a huge difference in my abilities to stretch my body out. All around awesome product! I am pleased with my first purchase from this company so I am rating them 5 stars!! You could do the entire DVD in one sitting or break it up in segment to target select focus areas for a short, yet effective stretching workout. I do have arthritis in my lower back and I can say, for me, this is helping with the pain a little because it really stretches out the back. Overall, I'm completely happy with this DVD.
